Top of the 'M'

Went for the high tea french buffet on saturday. It was a wet afternoon and the place wasn't crowded. Nice ambience, there's even a live band which accepts song request from every table of customers. It was really pleasant.

For the main dishes, there's prawns and salmon, with the latter served in a creamy sauce which is not to rich. The prawns are so fresh they look juicy to death. ha!

Asparagus, chicken and a seafood 'pot' (hidden in the background on the left) was next... The seafood pot was great! However, the taste is abit strong on repeated tries...

A pleasant surprise: a fondue pot was offered for each table!!! woah!!! Isn't THAT great??!! Though i personally feel the chocolate mix is abit too diluted...

Next on the menu....

Flavoured paste. ok... can't find any suitable description but... yup. paste simply. I love the mushroom paste (one in the foreground) where there's even mushroom bits in it. The taste is mild and you'll jus love it every single mouth... The same can't be said of the salmon one (in the background on the right). I thought the salmon taste is too strong ... i can't finish one glass even...

One will DEFINATELY love the desserts!!! The tarts were great! Crispy crust and fresh berries... The mini-cakes were so tempting everyone will love it.

The strawberry cake and chocolate cake (which is not featured here) is the best of all.. Not too sweet and yet it spots a generous amount of strawberries.... awwww...
